Terms of service

These terms govern the use of vesperlink.shop and every purchase of smart LED bulbs and portable power banks made from ANTONIO ANTON, ALEKSANDRA TN 11, 61601 TARTU, Estonia. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and the contract

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly listed in error, we may cancel that part of the order and refund it in full before dispatch.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and, where applicable, include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, which handle the card details; we never store them. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment the order was placed.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times and shipping terms are set out in the Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and withdrawal

Returns, the 14-day right of withdrawal and refunds are described in the Refund and return policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information

Every product is described from the unit we checked. Wattage equivalent, lumen output, colour temperature and app support are printed on every bulb page; the power bank pages give the rated and the usable capacity, the port count and the charging speed. Colours can differ slightly between screens and the product itself. Nothing in a description replaces the technical documentation supplied in the box.

Intended use

The products sold here are consumer electronics for normal domestic use. Smart bulbs and power banks have to be used as described in the supplied instructions, and a unit with a stated water rating must not be used beyond it. Damage caused by misuse, an unauthorised repair, a modification, or use outside the stated electrical and water ratings is not covered by the warranty.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for the statutory consumer rights you hold under Estonian and EU law. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of their country of residence and may bring a claim before the competent court there.
